everybody generally respects each other and works to help each other out when they can.

sense of accomplishments. Seeing project goals and timelines met. Harnessing new tech (AI) to revisit and improve processes ie. recons, month end reporting etc.

small group that has been together for a couple years now. Been a part of a significant transformation to-date. Flexible to each others OOO needs and generally work pretty well together.
