Constructive Feedback From Porch Employees

  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Management was often condescending and made assumptions about employees' English proficiency that did not match reality. It was frustrating to be told someone could not communicate effectively in English while having a perfectly normal conversation with them. Employees should be evaluated fairly bas
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Vendors should be treated more fairly. Too often, they were charged high onboarding fees and then received invalid transfers from the Demand Transformation team. When vendors requested refunds, the process was difficult and many claims were denied. Greater transparency and accountability are needed.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There was significant favoritism on the team. One coworker exploited the fact that calls under one minute were not audited by quickly transferring customers to Booking to earn commissions. The issue went unchecked for years. Fair audits and equal accountability would improve teamwork.
