Depends on who notices you and who your manager is. My observation is that to get promoted you need to have a high visibility project and perform well under a lot of pressure.
What kind of relocation or moving stipends does Pratt & Whitney offer?
They offer assistance for finding housing (like a week long trip to the area you are relocating), and expenses for closing on the sell/buy of a house. Also offers movers and moving expenses. If you do not find housing immediately, they offered 30-day stay in a hotel.
