We are people. They forget or don't seem to acknowledge that. They only see us when we bend over backwards for them, but they aren't willing to do the same for us.
Spend more time on strategy and leave the day to day managing to the managers.

At PW, they are constantly telling you that you are the best in the world; however when it comes to pay expect raises below the inflation rate. Raises are so-so the first few years and then it’s your turn in the barre
The company increases merit just based on average sector yearly pay raises. No need to work more as it does not equal more pay increase each year. Salary is not competitive. Competitive salary increases for talented employees, need to retain the best, not who is available.
Culture, diversity, empowerment, passion, high proficiency levels.

They understand teamwork and collaborate on issues
People that work there are great people.
Very kind and knowledgeable, young and willing to let me learn
Coworkers need to improve their work ethics by doing their job rather than talking to close supervisors

Hire competent Human Resource and Payroll personnel
Let your employees do their job. Allow us the resources to succeed.
Review from Engineering Dept
PW could be a great place to work if they eliminated unnecessary layers of management and allowed workers to focus solely on jet engine production and development. There are too many fluff programs that PW employees are forced to participate in for the career benefit of management.
Honest interviewers and structured setting.
They listen to what you say
My hiring manager emphasized that it was a conversation as opposed to an interview. It was a welcome comment.
They asked specific questions about my experience
Very informal and personal process.
PW has an odd interview process in that you meet with mostly members of management and very few of your actual working group. When you arrive for work on your first day, you are awkwardly introduced to members of your group.
The opportunity to develop people while providing such an exiting product to our customers.
Flexibility and respect given to its employees
The whole entire environment and atmosphere
I like my job and how i am respected
Talking to mechanics on the assembly floor. They're great people with a lot of wisdom to share.
Leadership and management need to leave outdated business and communication strategies from 20 years ago. Need more competitive strategy for retaining the best. As the company does not have the best.
Hire better 3rd party contractors that are able to communicate and process claims expeditiously
