What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Adapting to market changes with enough foresight to steer the company down risk mitigated pathways.

Respect for employees under them, and the ability to receive constructive feedback

We are people. They forget or don't seem to acknowledge that. They only see us when we bend over backwards for them, but they aren't willing to do the same for us.

Spend more time on strategy and leave the day to day managing to the managers.

Everything They all are a bunch of yes men

Paying employees for time worked. Hire better third party companies to handle their payroll operations and investigate Conduent on their Payroll Operations

Need to get better at working as a team

the leadership team needs to improve their communication. They do not make an effort to connect with the levels below them. This problem persist from up management to lower management. The company is making a superficial effort to improve their image.
