Absent with permission time off

Anual merit increase and even revision in some cases. Bonuses are available at certain senior leadership positions and above.

Vacation and sick time allowance

The pay is competitive with other aerospace companies

They pay pretty good and overtime and gets better.

At par with current market standards

The dental package is amazing

The education assistance program allows me to get my master's degree. I'd have to commit 2 years to them after my degree but I enjoy it there anyways

Review from Operations Dept

Great Benefits, plenty of vacation and annual raises at industry maxes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The salary should be matched with the inflation.

Knowing everything i know and do i get paid the same as other employees that do way less and know half of what i do or been there less time then i have.

Would be nice to have Better bennifits

At PW, they are constantly telling you that you are the best in the world; however when it comes to pay expect raises below the inflation rate. Raises are so-so the first few years and then it’s your turn in the barre

The company increases merit just based on average sector yearly pay raises. No need to work more as it does not equal more pay increase each year. Salary is not competitive. Competitive salary increases for talented employees, need to retain the best, not who is available.

Low wage compared to workload and stress. Little health benefits. No bonuses allowed. Your salary is what you get

Review from Operations Dept

Paid leave for parents should be better. P&W is a leading company and they should treat their people that way.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay isn't good and the respect isn't there

benefits are poor, especially for healthcare. They recently changed the employee scholarship program, requiring employees to pay back the company if they leave within 5 years of taking a course or completing a program.
