What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very positive and on top of the latest research and provide good materials for us to use

Start showing appreciation for contractors, provide regular cost of living pay increases.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great total comp package - love the wellness benefits, focus on mental health among other things.
Between salary and commission, It's very fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Speech Pathologists with 10+ years experience should be making 50.00 dollars an hour.
Fair pay based on the state you are working with; W2 options
Increase in salary would be good
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other psychologist are very collaborative
We all communicate our needs.
