Princess Cruises – Been trying to get money back from a cancelled cruise for over 3 months. Have gotten the run around after repeated calls and numerous promises. I am am Elite status customer and will not recommend Princess again until my money is refunded. Can't even get my assigned travel consultant to help. Sad.

Overall, I believe in the company and the product. I think they do take their call center employees for granted, and that part has gotten worse. I do, however, LOVE my coworkers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The entire middle management needs to be overhauled and staffed with individuals who are qualified, experienced and enthusiastic in their position. This is currently not the case and there are many supremely unqualified individuals in key areas that destroy either moral, experience or revenue
