Communication is not the forte of the leadership team, decisions are made in a vacuum with no clear goals in mind.

I think we need a better understanding of what we are working for and then be given the tools to get us there.

We don't attract the best and the brightest and as a result of that, we have a hard time retaining the rare stellar performer.
