What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - they hold quarterly meetings to tell everyone how the business is doing and they solicit our feedback every step of the way.
Transparency and leading by example.
I like the new hire breakfast. It gives you a chance to introduce yourself to the CEO and COO.

Flexibility. "Butts in seats" is an outdated management style. Leadership should do everything they can to empower employees to perform at their best.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of typical benefits like health/dental/eye/life insurance, they offer all kinds of wellness apps, opportunities to reward our colleagues, opps to donate to charities, unlimited PTO, etc.
I like the health/fitness stipend.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don't attract the best and the brightest and as a result of that, we have a hard time retaining the rare stellar performer.
We have a few braggers and boasters who think they run the company.

The lunches on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I can sit with people from other departments and talk.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Inclusion and fair pay. Fair wages
The company needs to listen to and prioritize employees. They ask for feedback but employees are too afraid to voice their opinions. They say we're one big "family" , but aren't willing to fight for nor compromise with their employees. We also don't get Christmas bonuses.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was virtual interview for all three rounds
Everyone was very nice and non-judgmental about the questions that I couldn't answer. Instead they focused on me explaining how I'd figure out the problem
