The Hold & Spin Bonus is designed based on the Hold & Spin feature game. Land prize symbols in the center reel on the 1st spin in order to activate the side-reels. We are pleased to present our new Tournaments Feature! Compete with other players to be in the top to win prizes! The biggest winner receives the largest prize!

How It WorksTo enter a tournament, start spinning the reels and win 1 Point. Every 1 point = 10,000 Coins won. The Points accumulate until the timer counts down to 0. The players with the highest Points at the end of the Tournament wins!

At the end of the Tournament, the game will calculate the prizes.There is a grace period between Tournaments that will allow the completion of all features in progress when the Tournament ended. Points earned from these features could possibly displace the Tournament rankings.

All players that qualify for a prize will receive a popup within the game. If a player qualifies for a prize but leave the game before the prizes are awarded, the prize will appear in a popup the next time the game is entered.

The Tournaments happen one right after another - so after the prizes are calculated and sent out, a new Tournament queues up!

From the LobbyMachines within a Tournament will have a Golden Trophy Marker in front of the game cabinet.

Selecting Prizes at the very bottom of the bar will show the top players and contenders, as well as the Prize sizes.

If you do not wish to see the full Leaderboard bar, select the golden arrow at the very top right of the bar to minimize it. The bar shrinks down to a smaller icon.

PrizesThe number of players who receive a Prize depends on how many people are playing in the Tournament, and the size of the Prize Pool determines how big the Prizes are. The Prize Pool grows with every spin, so no two Tournaments are exactly alike!

Select the Prizes button at the bottom of the Leaderboard Bar to see how many people receive a prize, as well as their size. The Prizes may grow as more people enter the Tournament!

Prizes are calculated after the Tournament has ended, and all completing features have concluded. Any other wins outside of completing features do not count towards the previous or next Tournament.

If the machine or game is exited before the Tournament has concluded and you qualify for a prize - youll receive the popup with the prize then next time you enter the game.

Lighting Features

The Lightning meter at the top of your in game screen displays your Lightning balance.

Clicking the Lightning drop down button will conveniently open & close the Rewards Page for you which neatly stores all pertinent information regarding the time left in the particular season you're currently in; as well as your progress on Tiers, Missions, Hold & Spin bonuses, and the Tier 5 Jackpot (should you be at the Tier 5 level.)

Leaderboards can be found at the bottom of the Lightning Rewards page, next to the Tier 5 Awards. To qualify for the Leaderboard, you will need to fight your way to Tier 5 and gather enough Lightning to climb over those ranked above you.

Lightning Link Seasons

Tapping on the yellow "Leaderboards" button will open up the full Leaderboards, as well as two additional tabs:Rewards& Hall of Fame.

Leaderboards: Taking a look at the Leaderboard shows the top three with the most Lightning to the left and the top ten in a list to the right. At the top of the Leaderboard, there is a timer counting down until the end of the season and theinformation button to the right of it.

Rewards: Climb the ranks to place and receive a prize at the end of the season! Each player who places in the top 10 will receive a coin prize.

Hall of Fame: This feature is coming soon! As seasons progress, the top placing players will be added to the Hall of Fame.

The Information ("i") Button: If you ever have a question about rules, or how a particular feature works, look for the "i" button. In slot games, it'll in the lower left, between the bet level and home button. In the case of the Leaderboards, it's located next to the season countdown timer. Opening it will reveal a quick info box on how to get on the Leaderboards and what happens when you do.

This message will appear for youif you have not collected last months bonus on the day it was sent. Our current email system renews the previous months bonus link with a new daily bonus every 30 days. This means if you collect a daily bonus a few days late, you will offset the current system which will prevent you from collecting your current bonus until 30 days has passed from the last time you collected it. Rewards Page Breakdown

In the Rewards Page, the seasons rewards are displayed for your information. These Season Rewards are broken down by Tier levels, of which there are 5. The tiers & rewards are viewable for you by scrolling the Rewards Page by swiping up or down.

You can observe and track which rewards you have unlocked by viewing the green notification marker on the reward icon as seen below.

At the top of the Rewards Page you can view the progress bar which displays the progress % you have achieved towards the next tier level.The time remaining for the current season & the season name is displayed in the Rewards Page for your reference as well.

"I see the All Stars button, but it's locked. How do I join in?"

There are requirements that must be met before you can participate! Players must:

"What is 'My Hub'? Where is it?"

"My Hub" is located in the top menu between the Daily Challenges button and settings, and can be accessed while anywhere in the app. Your Hub is home to your current All Stars season rank, your player information and level, and the Player's World benefits menu.

To exit your Hub, tap on the top menu or the arrow at the bottom of the screen.

"Where do I see the All Stars information?"

In the lobby, in the lower left, is a purple button that saysHeart of Vegas All Stars. Tapping on that will open the All Stars menu. Here, you can view the current season information, your current Tier and Gem, your Tier/Gem benefits, current ranking and placement, and how much time is left in the round.

To exit this menu, tap the ">" at the lower right corner of the screen and it'll take your back to the lobby.

"What are Gems & Tiers?"

You may have noticed that your Hub has an emblem on it that says Pearl, Topaz, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire or Diamond. This are your Gem! Pearl is your starting point, and All Star is the top. Next to your Gem in your Hub, there is also a roman numeral, I - V (1-5). These signify which Tier you're in. The number of Tiers vary on the Gem, but the goal is to work your way through them to get to the next Gem.

Climb through the Tiers & Gems to earn bigger bonuses and end of season rewards!

"How do I climb Tiers & Gems?"

You will be playing with other players in your Tier for the duration of a round, with the chance to get promoted at the end of a round depending on your performance. The more points that you earn in a week, the higher up the leaderboard you will finish and finish near the top to move to the next Tier and vice versa.

Multiple rounds form an All Star season and, once a season is finished, you will still receive your benefits but youwon'tbe able to move between tiers. Please note that no points will be tallied between rounds.

"I participated, why did I not get promoted?"

During each round, there's an active leaderboard that will show your current rank. This can be viewed in both the All Stars menu and within your Hub view.

In the leaderboard there're three "zones" you may fall into: Promotion Zone, Safe Zone & Danger Zone.

If you end your Season/Round in the Promotion Zone (Green), you've secured your promotion onto the next Gem or Tier. If you've ended your Season/Round in the Safe Zone (Blue), you'll most likely stay in the same Gem/Tier. If you've ended your Season/Round in the Danger Zone (Red), you will be moved to a lower Gem or Tier.

To ensure your rank on the leaderboard, earn All Star points by spinning during each round. Each wagered spin will count towards All Star points.

Hint: The higher the wager, the more points may be earned!

"What are the All Stars bonuses?"

One of the best parts about All Stars is the extra rewards we can give back to you! There are currently two rewards available for all tiers.

Wheel Bonus

This bonus is awarded in the Daily Wheel and acts as a multiplier on top of the base value you get from the wheel! Each gem has its own daily bonus multiplier, progressively getting larger.

Round Start Bonus

This bonus is per tier and is the amount you receive at the beginning of a round in the specified tier after participating in the previous round.

Hello all! We are very excited to introduce a new feature to make it easier for you to gain access to sneak peaks of new games before they are released! Replacing the current setup where a player may unlock a new game for up to 7 days by winning a jackpot, you will now be able to gain access to new games by earning wins during your gaming sessions. There are two different ways to take a screenshot!

For most Windows computers, by default, there is a nifty application called the "Snipping Tool" that can be located in Start (or Cortana).

Once opened, tap "New" and drag your cursor over the area you would like to take a screenshot of (for more detailsis a detailed article).

After you've snipped the image you want, tap the save icon () and save it to the folder you want. Then go ahead and attach to your ticket via Zendesk or email!

For older Windows machines, the Snipping Tool may not be available. For those instances, please refer to the below steps.

1. Press the PrintScreen or "PRTSCN" button on your keyboard. (Typically located near the F12 key).

2. Open your Microsoft Paint program.(You can search Paint and it will be the first program to populate in the search field).

3. After opening the Paint program, at the very top left hand side of the program, select "Paste" to paste the image/screenshot.

Please note that you can also press "CTRL+V" on your keyboard to paste the image onto Paint.

4. After your image is pasted to paint, you can now save the file as either a JPEG, PNG, or BMP by selecting the blue drop down menu at the top left hand side of the program and clicking "Save As".

Q: While playing Heart of Vegas on my Safari browser I sometimes have an interruption in play and am unable to recover my free spins or where I left off in the game. Is there a way to resolve this?
