They allow us all to work independently and meet regularly so that they stay connected.
They are excellent in what they do!
Review from IT Dept
Their commitment to our mission.
Supported in growth opportunities, and help guide caregivers
They seem to care most of the time.
Theyve forgotten the mission, vision and values
A new leadership team run by employees that actually do the work
Review from IT Dept
Know their job. Know their employees. Care about employees. Prioritize. I had nedical issues due to severe stress by the time I left but HR, managemebt, upper management didn't care. I was expected to work 60+ hours a week, on call 24/7 because they did not hire when people quit or retired. No comp.
Focus on employee satisfaction and quality of patient care instead of micromanagement and productivity.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay attention to the interpersonal skills of people who are in management and screen them for cultural fit.
It all works out ok in the end
Equitable and fair and good research in what they offer
Review from IT Dept
Health insurance that is paid for by the company
Providence Health Plan is mediocre, but salary benefits were fair.
Retirement benefits are quite good
The position I'm in does not accurately reflect the work I do but the hiring manager was very clear that the job was not a software development position (my usual work). The reality though is that I've had to utilize my software development & ETL skills to achieve the results they want.
Spread the wealth from the work I do down to the employees at my level.
Started in the late 90's. We had great benefits, PTO, and actual bonuses. One year bonuses stopped. Treated employees as replacable robots. Found HR should have reccomended I claim medical compensation after I was forced to leave due to severe stress caused by the unrealistic expectations from mgrs
Getting more adequate raises regularly
There is a lack of support for non-physician staff. Physicians are valued but nurses are treated as replaceable, especially advanced practice clinicians.
Review from Operations Dept
Very autonomous job, everyone works well together
They are awesome and caring
Review from IT Dept
Very hard working individuals in my team.
My team has a lot of heart. They are dedicated to the mission despite being undervalued and under paid.
Everyone is willing to always take the time to help
There were inly a few of us to support several states. There really was only one employee that slacked. The rest of us went above and beyond to attempt to keep up with the constant changes, new clinics, clinic moves, upgrades, etc.
Treat everyone as equals. Get over your egos
No one comes to work
Review from IT Dept
Not be back-stabbing, lying, unethical individuals.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They could stop walking around talking to people for hours a day and help out with the work instead.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Team lead is very positive and supportive
Coworkers, we keep each others mistakes hidden so our boss wont punish us.
Great team and work that you do daily
Review from IT Dept
The longevity of the employees
We work remotely and the culture is pretty positive
The culture was better when I started with the company, as time went on the people promoted for leadership were not positive or supportive causing a negative work environment.
Review from Operations Dept
My group needs a competent director. She is a narcissist and is therefore extremely toxic and abusive.
Invest in your employees and they will work hard and provide better patient care
hire support staff and allow delegation.
Change Leaders to be less selfish
Review from IT Dept
Good sense of what the job entails.
That they were both remote, and one was with the Executive Director and the young lady I would be taking over for. The second interview was with one of the nurse managers I would be working closely with.
It was a very positive experience overall. Both managers were very nice and professional
Kind and considerate managers that made it easy to interview
Review from IT Dept
My would be counterparts conveyed their understanding and experience with the role.
The process from application to interview is long. The employment verification process missed most of my employment because they didn't use my current and maiden name in the process.
Be less nepotism. Leadership only hires their family friends
Review from IT Dept
Not ask me the same questions over and over again, rather have a real discussion
Lots of steps and the delays were much too long.
Review from Customer Support Dept
I love my work. I love what i do.
They really care about people
Review from IT Dept
Satisfaction of taking care of my patients
Still being able to work remotely
Helping patients and helping grow other caregivers goals
Hire a knowledgable team large enough to realistically complete the workload of all the locations we're expected to support. Dont force someone super knowledgable to retire because they are a year away from it and hire a temp that knows nothing.
Get new managers ! Do a complete reboot
Long wait times often over 18 hours in the ER or admitted to the hallways because there are no beds.
Leadership team is greedy and they don't care
Review from IT Dept
More clarity in defining goals.
The people whom I get to work with, and that we are trusted and valued.
The culture of caring for our patients and our colleagues.
Review from Customer Support Dept
More and greater retirement benefits.
