They need a whole new management team

They need to start understanding the jobs of their workers and set of just ordering them to do what they think is best

Manager doesn't even know how to do the jobs she asks us to, constantly talks about personal information regarding other employees to us and then also talks about is to our coworkers. Shows up late for her shifts and flat states it is due to her being hung over and and up until 3 hours before comin

I have been doing housekeeping for seven years and I recently started working at the Ramada to do housekeeping there. Not only do they not have enough stock to actually clean the rooms properly but they don’t treat their employees that well either. Giving us only 10 minutes to clean it completely tr

Accountability of each team lead Monthly Audit by external agency for fair and transparent 360 degree feedback.

We need to get actual good stuff to clean the rooms and we need to address all of the work please leaving so we don’t lose any more potential workers and we already have

Get rid of the fraud hotel manager who never should of be in charge of managing a glass of water.

What’s again as I mentioned workplace bullying, there’s been several meetings about others treating our new girls terribly, but nothing has ever been done and nothing will ever get done.

Train the employees properly and with structure, stop asking us how to perform your management functions or aggressively delegating your responsibilities to is so you can leave searly.
