I have been doing housekeeping for seven years and I recently started working at the Ramada to do housekeeping there. Not only do they not have enough stock to actually clean the rooms properly but they don’t treat their employees that well either. Giving us only 10 minutes to clean it completely tr

What’s again as I mentioned workplace bullying, there’s been several meetings about others treating our new girls terribly, but nothing has ever been done and nothing will ever get done.
Train the employees properly and with structure, stop asking us how to perform your management functions or aggressively delegating your responsibilities to is so you can leave searly.
