The guests that come from out of town.

Laid back and easy going

the team is the best part

Employees get along so things flow smoothly

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Accountability of each team lead Monthly Audit by external agency for fair and transparent 360 degree feedback.

We need to get actual good stuff to clean the rooms and we need to address all of the work please leaving so we don’t lose any more potential workers and we already have

Get rid of the fraud hotel manager who never should of be in charge of managing a glass of water.
