Teaching the full information needed to exceed and take accountability when they are wrong. Also yelling at employees. No one wants to work for people that are always upset because they cant leave their problems at home.
Being more inclusive and diverse.
The leads and Supervisors in the Building are good at their jobs. They are friendly, fair and try keep morale up. However the Ops Manager instead will pull us off task randomly, ignore our input and make counter productive changes. She should look to employees for input on tasks not dictate them.
I feel our hard work is never enough. Our Ops Manager and Manager seem to expect more no matter that we get our work done on time. I would feel better if arbitrary and unattainable productivity goals weren't made or considered. I would feel better if our 2$ per hour retention bonus wasn't taken away
There isn't work life balance go in deficit because merchandise is not in stock.

For my skills, knowledge, and talent I should be paid significantly more. In another company I would be. It’s why most employees leave and make lateral moves to other companies in their same industr
They should not pay their sales team on a draw system, they should pay hourly plus commissions NOT the best of either as they do. With supply chain challenges and massive delivery delays, it makes it nearly impossible to remain out of weekly deficit and to earn a livable weekly compensation.
Everybody needs to stay to themselves, and if you say something make sure its nice or constructive.

Sleepy bunch, no loyalty to company or customers
Have some morals and a better work ethic, everyone is so cute throat competitive with one another like sharks because it is a commission only based compensation business model which creates this type of non-customer centric culture and anti-teamwork amongst co-workers

I believe the company would be better served to change their compensation package in order to change the negative greedy culture

I would let the interviwer know what they are joining and that they can just let you go if they dont like you.
Recruit less weasels for the operations team from Cardinal health
Its commission only they judge and dont help anyone unless they are buying.

Customer service is horrific, no one in that dept. Has been trained well enough to understand what it means to be customer centric. They are the lowest paid employees of the company so they get the lowest caliber of candidates and they are often overworked and understaffed in each location.
