Review from Product Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We miss a lot of deadlines do to artificial roadblocks.

Post merger employees became cannon fodder. Just numbers to be used to meet a bottom line. 'Get rid of a few more and we can meet this quarter's goals'. The E suite has lost it's vision since ther merger/acquisition

Review from Engineering Dept

Product quality, reliability and manufacturing needs to step up.

Review from Product Dept

After we laid off most of our talent, programs are overrunning and customer satisfaction is decreasing as we are having more and more problems from loss of talent.

Retention is awful and technical debt is out of control. Employees need to be paid more and programs need more resources

Review from Engineering Dept

Overworked, underpaid, high turnover, outdated, obsolete specialized hardware with inexperienced people using it leading to people getting hurt and things being broken with no money or people to fix it.

Transparency and listening to what employees want instead of giving excuses on why changes are better

Unfair employee compensation. Raytheon needs to understand that it isn’t just competing with other defense companies. In fact, defense should pay more than commercial because of the significance of their product

company is not proactive therefor it's constantly fighting fires

Fire incompetent upper management. Don't create additional layer of these useless scumbags.

Our rates are very high and my customer often tells me that is the reason our team has been downsized.

The company does not respect female African American engineers. It's a constant battle.

More focus on the product.

The company will always get money as it is a government contractor however they are loosing contracts due to poor management.

We dont provide experienced staff to dod contracts

They are treated horribly and see the employees being ran into the ground with exhaustion and the toxicity

Get rid of the CEO AND GET A REPLACEMENT

After expressing interest in growing career, exploring additional roles, and developing in leadership areas, essentially got ghosted by manager. RTX claims to have great leadership and development programs, but these are just to attract outside talent, and aren't actually available.

Review from Engineering Dept

ITC is a terribly run organization. Do many good people left and ended up excelling in their career elsewhere when it should have bern here

Old boys club mentality still is the default
