Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay increases twice a year that keep up with inflation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part of the comp package is the unlimited vacation and management that pushed us to actually take vacation time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a flexible schedule that allows me to work when it is best for me - keeping family commitments easily balanced with work commitments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Once again I think it has to do with the people across the organization - no matter which office, there is a holistic standpoint of TEAM not selfish people only looking out for themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If it weren't for the people at Razorfish I would have left a long time ago, but it's the people and the way we all work together to solve our Talent and Client problems that keep me here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly feel as if our leadership team does truly care about the people at this agency. Razorfish has grown enormously with talent investment programs and hiring initiatives and I do think the leadership team cares to retain their people.
