Once again I think it has to do with the people across the organization - no matter which office, there is a holistic standpoint of TEAM not selfish people only looking out for themselves.
If it weren't for the people at Razorfish I would have left a long time ago, but it's the people and the way we all work together to solve our Talent and Client problems that keep me here.
I honestly feel as if our leadership team does truly care about the people at this agency. Razorfish has grown enormously with talent investment programs and hiring initiatives and I do think the leadership team cares to retain their people.
