This year will mark me being at Razorfish twice as long as I've worked at any agency in my career. The reason I've stuck around is that I feel like I found my tribe here.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Longevity isn't necessarily something people think of when thinking of this industry. I've been here now, twice as long as I was at my last longest gig. I initially came in as a freelancer, and had no intention of going anywhere full time, but after a few projects here decided to stick around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the generous holidays. And the unlimited PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that I can be my authentic self.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with smart, talented people, who are genuinely a joy to be around.

Making cool experiences, working with people I appreciate and who appreciate me back.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know another US company that offers the amount of paid holidays that we have, in addition unlimited PTO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely seem to care about the well being of the employees, and do what they can to retain top talent.

They say to bring your genuine self, and I feel like they mean it. Whatever makes you you, you can bring your full personality and it's appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like the people I've worked with at Razorfish play to each others strengths and want each other to succeed. I also feel like it's a place where you really can bring your authentic self.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personally, I feel like the leadership team values the everyone working here. Nobody is perfect, but compared to other places I've worked, I see what feels like the most genuine effort to validate the people that make it happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like I'm working with some of the best and brightest individuals that I've had the benefit of working with in my career. People seem genuine, and I feel like we all want to help each other to succeed.
