I've been with Razorfish for over 6 years, so it has operated as different companies over that time. Currently, our standard for creative talent is much lower than I've experienced and I'm seeing new hires with little experience attain a role that I dedicated over a decade to achieve in our company.

Considerate of the diverse social values across a range of talent from different backgrounds and generations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My lack of enthusiasm is likely a result of a pandemic-era WFH burnout. Having spent time on several long-term campaigns, change is always welcomed to refresh my creative enthusiasm
What are some of the best things about your team?
Intelligent and experienced creative, ux and strategy talent. My current team has an outstanding project manager that makes a huge difference on the sense of pressure experienced by those producing deliverables.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the current competitive job market, and in my city, demand is high for digital design talent and I could make significantly more with less management responsibilities elsewhere. Additionally, the Razorfish creative roles have undergone an adjustment in titles without increases in salary.
