Overall, it's been great. I wasn't sure what to expect coming into my first advertising job, but I've learned so much and never thought I could love a company's culture so much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along easily which makes a huge difference. And everyone respects the flexibility that Razorfish offers, which is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just don't know where my salary stands compared to my colleagues performing the same work. I did receive a generous raise this year though, which kept me at Razorfish.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The extra days off that have been added since 2020 have been wonderful. Flex Fridays have also been a great addition to the summer calendar. Unlimited PTO is also wonderful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting along with my immediate team and other teams that I work with. The culture has been a huge part of what has kept me at Razorfish, even being remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take time to host open doors and town halls, and leave plenty of time for Q&A. They also take work/life balance seriously, and have added extra time off throughout the year to help mitigate burnout.
