What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dependable. If anyone needs something, they are there. Deadlines are always met.
What makes you most happy at work?
Turning in a project, relaying it to the customer and have them go - "This is exactly what we needed. Fantastic efforts everyone."
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the health care. It would be better if the deductible was even lower than $700, but its manageable which is better than most health care plans.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/life balance. The unlimited PTO gives opportunities to get things done and still be able to do things for yourself. I really love how everyone values our free time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I'm allowed to do my work my own way, at whatever hours of the day that is. They communicate about things well and I feel like I know what's going on, at least with my own dept. I think the leadership spreading around that one week bonus was really amazing.
