It's been a very positive experience, I know the culture around work in the 2020's especially among millennials and gen Z has been to stay at a job for 1-3 years before moving on, but I can see myself being at this company for the duration of my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with my team, everyone supports one another and it creates a solid and comfortable work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear and transparent communication. I feel as though they are genuine and care about the health and success of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close knit, and we gather once a month virtually to bond and not talk about work stuff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid a very fair salary which allows me to pay my bills, mortgage and support my large family. My previous job with another company, grossly underpaid me and I struggled to make ends meat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is really conducive and built around personal success and career growth. I feel like there is a lot of opportunity for me to grow into the career I want and if I desire a change in my career, the company allows for that to happen.
