My team is the BEST. Because of them I wake up everyday happy to start my day. They are very professional supportive and fun to work with. We always get the job done no matter what! I LOVE MY TEAM!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was never reached out when I did my goals by my manager. My co-workers strongly spoke about the amazing job I was doing but yet I never got a promotion or was I approached in any way to talk about my goals or promotion. I do love the company and I work hard on every job. Ready for a compensation!
