I have been very happy working at Razorfish. I get a lot of support from my team, and I've been given a lot of opportunities for growth. I rarely feel guilty about taking time off or calling out sick knowing that my team cares about my wellbeing and encourages me to put myself first.

They are very supportive, understanding, and knowledgeable. They are always available if I need support both with work and personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very encouraging. It's always great to see the company uplifting employees and accounts through Open Doors and Town Halls. They are also understanding of wellbeing and encourage employees to take the time they need to recuperate/rest.
What makes you most happy at work?
The growth component. As an early careerist, I feel that I am getting the support that I need + more from my manager, team, and mentorship through the IGNITE program. I also love when my team acknowledges each other's hard work and uplifts one another. It creates a warm and happy environment.
