I would say my team and/or my growth opportunity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very supportive and overall happy work environment. People are kind here. Our people take good care of one another and that makes a world of difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is kind and present. While our company is quite large, I don't personally feel lost in the shuffle. I feel very respected by my company and very valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is teasingly diverse. While it certainly is a little odd in this largely virtual environment, I know my teammates have my back. I can genuinely take time off knowing that I am covered.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel as though I am cared for across the board. While I can't speak for everyone, I feel I am well paid and the growth/promotion track is well laid out for me (no secrets or jumping through hoops). I, for the first time, feel as though my company is investing in me and my personal growth.
