The idea of a work life balance, it's a priority.

The direct leader for my region are reachable and while maintain focus on the business also consider OUR People first.

Collaboration and I always feel we are supportive of each other in the ups and down between our client and our lives outside of work too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One Im not great at is I don't negotiate any salary increases but i feel my direct leads think of that and compensate when they see the need without me realizing it first.
