Other than the compensation gap and career advancement struggles do to the organizational gap in which I sit, I'm really happy here. I'm working through really difficult conversations to get my needs - and teammates' needs - addressed. It's a work in progress; that's all you can ask for; progress.

The sense that you are a team first, care for the individual and real camaraderie when on site together
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and my team - with the executives presence - hearing from them often, you get a good sense that what you do makes a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door and All Hands meetings are informative but also allow for plenty of time for questions. ALSO love hearing from them about taking care of yourself after devastating occurrences - like Ukraine, Buffalo and Uvalde
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a gap between my manager (outside my client organization) and my client organization. In terms of tracking salary range I discovered a horrifying gap and we're in the process of adjusting compensation - planned revisit between myself and executive responsible for addressing set for August
