Disappointing. I have been stuck in a hiring freeze that in it seems to be setting in more. Now there are making it harder to be a freelancer where contracts are becoming month to month. That does not make me feel secure.

Work life balance is there.

Being able to work on interesting problems and projects.

There is no team culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping their word and hiring people. Many people have been lured in with the story of starting as a freelancer and being converted to full time in a few months. There is a hiring freeze in place and people are stuck in limbo. Do the right thing and bring these people on full time.
