What are some of the best things about your team?
Each of us bring ideas to the table. All of us give insightful feedback and push each other to do better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
On my team I am surrounded by amazing talent. Each of my team leaders and co-workers could have huge egos, but everyone shares the work and learns from each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know I can reach out to any of my team members for help or just to talk. Also my team leaders make sure there is dedicated time for team sharing and opportunities to meet others on my team I dont regularly work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not sure if I get paid what others in my position earn, it would be nice to have transparency or more discussions about pay levels. Its not that I dont get paid enough, but am I paid what others make in my position.
