It's not what you would expect from a massive agency. The digital furnishings are quality, and the finishes are hand crafted. I think the leadership have a really sharp line of sight to what matters.

They are all very knowledgeable and willing to collaborate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the training offerings are outstanding. Multiple platforms, driven by AI, and they're really comprehensive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Teams chats from Dani. I feel like she really leads by example with building warmth, empathy, and authenticity. A lot of leaders talk about it, but few do it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The trainings. I think the format in which they're offered is more appealing than say the approach of: 'go do a course or you can't work here. The message is finessed and that shows intelligence which encourages me to want to be better.
