Very happy to be here at Razorfish and hope to stay here for awhile. If I have any complaint it's that bonuses don't happen until the VP level, which seems strange. Every company I have worked for give a bonus (or stock) at every level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like some of the soft benefits, as well as the 401K matching.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A great mixture of people from all different backgrounds, work experience and ages! It's nice not to work with a bunch of 20-somethings who think they know everything.
What makes you most happy at work?
The projects and teams I am working on. Sometimes things get stressful, but we all work as a team to help each other out. And no negativity. We're all in this together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the smartest, supportive most talented people I have worked with in my career. No one is here to tear you down or make you feel inadequate in any way. Such a nice change from previous companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are very clear about what our goals are, though I do think that focusing so much energy on AI/Chat GPT and other tools might not necessarily be an approach I necessarily agree with. Maybe I will be proved wrong.
