Razorfish – I interned with my company right out of college before moving directly into full time. I felt this was a very easy transition as I had already been doing actual client work as an intern. Even then I felt like I was being treated and respected as a full employee. I feel like they are invested in me. | Comparably

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited PTO and the health equity ontop of all the other basic benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company feels like they're trying to do a better job of developing early talent and retaining us which I really appreciate.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I've met them in person and as even though I'm an early careerist I still felt like my opinions and feedback were valued.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I receive new projects/work that is more creatively interesting. I also look forward to when my local office hosts events like last week we had a yoga class and a Q&A with the CEO of Alo.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My time all works remotely from different cities so I've only met one of them in person but everyone is generally very respectful and makes sure to ask if you have the bandwidth for more work, and is understanding when personal issues happens that require days off.
