What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not met a single person at razorfish that I do not get along with. Everyone is so kind and down to earth but also very hard working and intelligent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given inflation within the past 5 years, an entry level salary unfortunately does not go very far. I feel I work very hard, but I know employees do become eligible for a possible raise after a year or so.
