I like that there is a WFH stipend, but it really is very minimal considering its for a full year.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love to collaborate with other creatives, I love to connect beyond the realms of professional conversations and get to know all of these wonderfully intelligent and creative people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

RZF really doesn't expect us to work more than we ought to. There's no pressure to go overtime, to work a higher level job in order to get promoted. It's generally a very healthy culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone can independently get the work done without a lot of fluff or pomp and circumstance. I feel my voice and opinion is genuinely appreciated and regarded as a subject matter expert, even though I am still new to the company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that RZF is a flat structure, and I like that the senior leaders in my department still actually contribute work in our discipline - don't wholly delegate everything out. Makes me feel like they are still aware of LOE, new trends, etc. Keeps us all grounded!
