What did you like most about the interview process?
Lots of objectivity with a 3 part interview loop after a recruitment interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my direct leadership team questions themselves and asks how they can improve and I am able to be apart of witness the feedback be applied
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That as a Real Estate Agent I have a company funded retirement, full medical and paid time off. As an agent that option isn't available anywhere else as you are your own 1 person company.
