The collaboration between levels and departments is unmatched. I love working across orgs and experiencing the really awesome attitudes across the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Redfin are incredible. They are smart, ambitious, kind, collaborative. I feel like I get better in my role because our standard (and the people we hire) is so high.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - There is a lot of openness on company meetings (an astounding amount) and accessibility. If I want to text or call the CEO, I can and he will respond. How cool is that?
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to speak with people currently in role. There was a lot of transparency in the process. Even through I wasn't a fit for the role which I applied, the recruiter did a great job finding the right fit for me
