My Redfin coworkers are incredibly smart without having big egos. The workplace is casual, but the individuals are driven to do their best every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Redfin has great medical benefits and health benefits, I never have to worry about getting the care I need. I also appreciate continued ways to acquire company stock.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like the company cares about the employees as individuals. Some decisions are made that are best for the employees first, bottom line second. People have fun here!
