What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a democracy, so everyone has a voice and we praise a culture of dissent. Question everything. Make change! Don't be afraid to rethink your current route, as there could always be a better one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
THE CEO IS THE VERY best thing about our company. He's a livewire and cheerleader of culture. Always pops up at the right moment to remind us to feel those values which makes it easier to put the clients first.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come from vary different educational backgrounds and majors, but the proof is in the pudding that Redfin screens it's candidates 85% or better--very well! It goes to show that anyone can learn this industry from our vindication to teach and share knowledge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My healthcare package gives me access to premium doctors all over the city of Chicago. As a 28 yo female I am focused on preserving my health & am able to schedule time w. cardiologists, well woman practitioners, accupuncturists, chiro's, great dentists, dermatologists, massage therapists. The works
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that the support managers strive for consistency in character. Over meeting 3 of them and interviewing 3 separate times, you will find the psychometrics of the questions to be the same, but this is how you will be vetted as in real life, you will be met with diff buyers + similiar situations
