I think managers and leadership are open to feedback and suggestions from all sources.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Increases to salary to adjust for market rates and merit are fairly frequent. Most business operations employees get stock grants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team communicates and gets along well. We are constantly striving to improve processes and communication to make our work better and more efficient.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is thorough but relaxed. When interviews happen in the office, candidates are given frequent snacks and every interviewer makes sure they are comfortable and have everything they need.
