I love this company! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I love the company values and what the CEO stands for. It is a great feeling to know you work for a CEO who actual cares and doesn't treat you like another number in the system.

The people and interacting with everyone. The feeling of helping Sellers and rallying together.

How comfortable it is. When I first started everyone made me feel so welcoming. I felt like I knew everyone already.

We all work well together and uplift the company. We all believe in the company values and want what is best for the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How comfortable the person who interviewed made me feel. This made it easy to open up and discuss my experience without feeling tense. The direct questions and examples provided.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is great! Hourly pay for listing coordinators in Texas is not. We should not be making the same hourly pay as retail workers or some fast-food workers. I have worked at companies in the past with a bonus structure. I have never been told to rely on my bonus for my primary income.
