Regus Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Gym Membership and the dental plan

Great company match on 401k. Bonuses are fair.

If i would describe, it will be the life insurance and education

The 401k match is generous

You get noticed/compensated as you perform.

Review from Sales Dept

My 401k is matched after a certain amount of time with the company

Review from Admin Dept

They offer pretty good bonuses each quarter. Insurance is cheap (less than $100 a month for single employee, dental only $17)

Review from Operations Dept

Good PTO, even for a brand new employee. The Bonus option is kinda confusing though, and arbitrarily difficult to obtain.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is not commensurate with required tasks. No opportunity to grow and lack of opportunity to take PTO that we have earned.

Worked to the bone, put under crazy about of stress & treated like a number

Regus needs to hire consultants to fix the way they do business and the way that they treat their customers and employees and they know exactly why.

I feel like there are lot of things we need to do and in our country salary and inflaction goes up...

Review from Sales Dept

Undervalued because they don't treat me well. Don't pay enough.

A salary review each year to be in line with the industry rates

It was simply not a livable wage- not even for a single female

Education and/or experience are not taken into consideration. The rate of pay for Community Associates (CA) is just above minimum wage and the pay for the Community Manager (CM) is only a few dollars more than the CA.

To get rental like we should for events instead of zone manager lying saying it to local wen it is ova the 40 mile limit

You dont hear from anyone unless you have done something wrong. Explaining it better and it be adjusted to reflect the market and other KPI's.

Review from Sales Dept

I've been here for 4 years and each request for a raise has been denied. That is absurd.

Review from Admin Dept

the pay is less than competitive

Review from Customer Support Dept

Even with stellar reviews and / or added responsibilities, no raises.

I was personally victimized by one of our clients so I was unable to ask for a raise.
