How employees describe working at Regus
deceptive sort of job where they tell you there's a department for everything and you wont have to worry...until you're doing operations AND IT AND marketing AND sales AND janitorial. Whole company boasts being successful yet only puts effort into trying to cut costs & employee pay. gotta get out :(

Customer service is non-existent. Trying to make a one time payment to complete the year and am being told that is impossible.

There are few checks and balances regarding charges and bills. I see mysterious unexplanied charges or fees with no supporting documentation. When I doi find out I get the runaround and have been proven correct on every single incident. It is frustrating

Unrealistic organization with zero IT staff for onboarding and an overwhelming amount of unnecessary meetings. Absolutely NO support for internal systems and unrealistic sales expectations. Company is unorganized, not customer nor employee focused, etc.
