High expectations for low compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Due to the nature of how we work, it is challenging to build comradery among the team. The Sales Manager, Community Manager, Community Associate relationship is the most crucial because they will interact the most.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Education and/or experience are not taken into consideration. The rate of pay for Community Associates (CA) is just above minimum wage and the pay for the Community Manager (CM) is only a few dollars more than the CA.
