Get more professional in manners and dress

Giving those who actually work in the center more authority. They have no idea what each center needs and they control everything. Also, give us more help. In our current staffing model we are constantly understaffed. And give your employees raises!

My 401k is matched after a certain amount of time with the company

I've been here for 4 years and each request for a raise has been denied. That is absurd.

You're direct coworkers are truly amazing people that understand what the job takes, and understand that it is basically us against upper management. We are all hard workers and look after each other, even though we are undervalued on a daily basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Because there's typically two teammates at a center, we are able to run it based off our work ethics which can be good or bad. I made my location feel welcoming and the clients feel like family.

My center environment is good. I've been working here for over ten years so I know this center. The company environment is a lot to take on. This company is big so it's hard to reach everyone

Would be more excited if I was paid better and treated better. Major changes get made and those working at the centers are always the last to know.
