My overall experience at Regus, tarrytown, the exchange and 50 main street in white plains new york was a disaster. The work environment is toxic. They can care less about you as an employee. I had no real training. Management is bias, and lots of workplace bullying.

Strict rules need to be enforced against harassment and work place bullying.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Require employees to take professional leadership classes to promote a safe and respectful workplace. Upper manager needs to send a undercover boss periodically to evaluate the centers, the employees and management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What the leadership team can do to make things better is to prevent harassment and cultivate a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. Workplace bullying needs to be stoped. Employees and managers should be held accountable for their actions. This would help with the problem at Regus
