Unrealistic organization with zero IT staff for onboarding and an overwhelming amount of unnecessary meetings. Absolutely NO support for internal systems and unrealistic sales expectations. Company is unorganized, not customer nor employee focused, etc.

new leadership across the board for all c-suite individuals

A new career and exposure to organizations outside of Regus.

they do not care about long standing customers or anyone for that matter.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No clear understanding of how the outside market views the organization. Spineless jellyfish with no backbone.
