deceptive sort of job where they tell you there's a department for everything and you wont have to worry...until you're doing operations AND IT AND marketing AND sales AND janitorial. Whole company boasts being successful yet only puts effort into trying to cut costs & employee pay. gotta get out :(

everything, and again - mostly support, but also more resources and delegation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
doing their jobs, quite simply. our deputy is always stressed bc our city manager doesnt do anything
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better pay, better support for teams, competent leadership, a real IT and marketing department, transparency across the board.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the folks here are constantly trying to cut pay with no warning and for no reason. itll take a month of back & forth to get anyone to acknowledge this, and longer still for the promised backpay to come through.
