Communication, accountability, understanding data science and how to utilize
Everything, they hate it like us
Quitting their jobs so they're not complicit in supporting Regus in any way. It's a corrupt, pitiful company.
Managing people, they have absolutely no skill set when it comes to motivating their teams.
Being open and honest. Not taking advantage of team members for their own benefits.
Salary is not commensurate with required tasks. No opportunity to grow and lack of opportunity to take PTO that we have earned.
Worked to the bone, put under crazy about of stress & treated like a number
Regus needs to hire consultants to fix the way they do business and the way that they treat their customers and employees and they know exactly why.
I feel like there are lot of things we need to do and in our country salary and inflaction goes up...
Review from Sales Dept
Undervalued because they don't treat me well. Don't pay enough.
Coworkers need to colectively say no to this company adding on more duties for no more pay.
Everything is done by teams, they are all going through hell with you
They need to quit working there.
Employees are fine, when the company does not care, the employees don't either.
More professionalism and professional dress
Review from Admin Dept
Company is restructuring and leaving centers to be run by one person that is burnt out. Centers need 2 qualified people running them.
They need to scrap the whole business model and leadership and start from scratch. It is a poorly run company and thats a massive understatement.
Treat your customers/ clients better as well
Review from Admin Dept
The executives need to stop making terrible decisions.
Require employees to take professional leadership classes to promote a safe and respectful workplace. Upper manager needs to send a undercover boss periodically to evaluate the centers, the employees and management.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Transparency, professionalism, candor, nothing left to say
Better pay and listen to concerns
Review from Customer Support Dept
Transparency, listening, proactive vs reactive
Too much to name. They know what they're doing.
It does not matter what employees or customers have to say. regus is never wrong
They are out pricing the clients to the point no one can stay long. They have already gone bankrupt and seem to be heading that way again.
The work abuse needs to be stopped.
