the folks here are constantly trying to cut pay with no warning and for no reason. itll take a month of back & forth to get anyone to acknowledge this, and longer still for the promised backpay to come through.

Nothing at this point except a new job.

Salary is not commensurate with required tasks. No opportunity to grow and lack of opportunity to take PTO that we have earned.

Worked to the bone, put under crazy about of stress & treated like a number

Regus needs to hire consultants to fix the way they do business and the way that they treat their customers and employees and they know exactly why.

New management is the first and most important step

Company is restructuring and leaving centers to be run by one person that is burnt out. Centers need 2 qualified people running them.

They need to scrap the whole business model and leadership and start from scratch. It is a poorly run company and thats a massive understatement.
