I've interviewed for several positions. When i was initially hired, my interview was very casual, no pre-written questions. It wa a friendly conversation with a manager. Subsequent interviews were like a factory line. Formal interviews with multiple managers, asking questions off a corporate list
The initial video interview allowed for multiple takes and the in person interview was with two people (and felt more like a conversation than an interview).

Getting to meet the team was great.
Hiring managers are not properly trained to initiate effective interviews
It was virtual and relatively easy
Answering only three questions that asked for very simple answers.
Only three questions were asked.
long process that can be slow to get through
Originally it was easy as I brought a lot of knowledge to the company. I was respected for that and felt welcomed.
When I was hired, we had a group interview and applicants could build off each other's ideas and show team skills.
It was way too easy
it was okay, very informal.
Mine was virtual because of covid.

It was virtual and very convenient.
The video I got to make
The relaxed atmosphere with the two managers.
Can you read paper plastic? They can't seem to do anything right the new employees do whatever they want and don't get in trouble for anything.
