- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Its really hard to move up with REI. The longer you are there, the more you feel stuck and under-appreciated.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Roadmaps are ignored for reactionary decisions without data or explanation
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating vision and direction more clearly, accountability of the managers. Improve communication overall. Since they removed the access from home feature, it is difficult to keep up. The "news break" is not a real break ("do it as fast as you can") and there is rarely time to use it.
