What makes you most happy at work?Helping customers who are appreciative of my expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Respect and encouragement at all levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Its really hard to move up with REI. The longer you are there, the more you feel stuck and under-appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Roadmaps are ignored for reactionary decisions without data or explanation
